A day is defined as 00:00 to 23:59 local time of the visited destination. For destinations with multi time zones, it will be according to the time of the capital at the visited destination or specific destination.

When daily data usage reaches 1GB, a SMS notification will be sent to the customer, who may reply to the SMS to purchase extra full speed roaming data. If no additional purchase for full speed data is made, the data speed will be at up to 512kbps for the Customer to continue with the use of data roaming.

Using a "Data Roaming Day Pass/Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack" in China and Macau on the same day will only incur one daily fee. The daily fee will be charged a maximum of two times if the Customer uses the plan in different designated destinations in Europe within the same day.

The customer can enjoy $4 per minute for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial in the same destination within the validity period. Calls in other destinations/ other roaming calls usage will be charge at standard roaming rates. Multi-day Roaming Data Pass

Each type of Multi-day Roaming Data Pass ("Data Pass") could be purchased up to 10 times for each number.
Data Roaming Day Pass and Roaming service must be activated / switched upon purchase of Data Pass. For more details of Data Roaming Day Pass, please click here. For more details of Roaming service, please click here.
Data Pass and free days shall be valid for 12 months from the day of successful purchase and can be used via Data Roaming Day Pass at designated destinations. Data Pass is not required to be used on consecutive days.
(If applicable) Expiry date of Data Pass would be aligned to the last purchased Data Pass if customer has purchased more than one Data Pass.
(If applicable) If customer has purchased more than one Data Pass for different groups of destinations, then priority of deduction will be according to the location of actual use as follows: 1) China/Macau Roaming Data Pass, 2) Asia Pacific Roaming Data Pass, 3) Worldwide Roaming Data Pass
(If applicable) Free days would be consumed first before Data Pass.
The original day plan price will be charged if usage of data roaming has exceeded the allowance of the Data Pass or usage of data roaming at non-designated destinations of the Data Pass. The unused days of Roaming Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the expiry date.
(Family Plan/ Designated 5G Service Plan) Data Pass is only available to main SIM mobile number under designated plan. After successful purchase, all registered mobile numbers under the same service plan must activate / switch on Data Roaming Day Pass and Roaming service to enjoy Data Pass upon subscription from main SIM. If 2 mobile numbers under the same service plan use Data Pass at the same time, 2 days would be consumed from the Data Pass.
Data Pass cannot be used in conjunction with designated DataRoam services, Greater Bay Area Easy Pack & China Macau Data Pack.
The company reserves the right to vary, modify or terminate the contents of this promotion, as well as to amend any of the relevant terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The company's decision and record shall be final in case of any dispute.

Data Roaming Day Pass Combo Package:

The Customer will be entitled 15-day Data Roaming Day Pass and 100nins Free Roaming voice at the time of contract effective date. The Term shall start from the service effective date and valid for 24 months.
15-day Data Roaming Day Pass can be used in designated destinations within the validity period. There is no limit on consecutive day.
If data usage exceeds the day limit of the Data Roaming Day Pass Combo Package or at non-designated destination, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price according to the destination(s) of the Customer.
15-day Data Roaming Day Pass cannot be used when the Customer is using the China Macau Data Pack / Greater Bay Area Easy Pack within the location of China and Macau.
(If applicable) If the Customer also purchased other roaming data service(s), deduction on usage of roaming data shall follow the following deduction sequence:
1) Roaming data allowance under service plan (DataRoam Service/ Greater Bay Area Data Service/ ExtraCare Bay Area Plan/ SuperCare Bay Area/ Asia/ Worldwide Plan);
2) RoamFlex Data Pass roaming data allowance;
3) Roaming Data Pass (by daily);
4) Data Roaming Dollars;
5) Day(s) of Data Roaming Day Pass Combo Package.
100 mins Free Roaming Voice (“Free roaming voice min(s)”) for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial (“designated calls”) in designated destinations (T&C-I047 Appendix I) within the validity period.
