5G Subscription Offer:

• Only applicable to new customers whose identity document (HKID or passport no.) has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. A designated service plan with 24-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
• An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
• Each new customer will only be entitled to any welcome subscription offer once only.
• Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract offers.
• The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.

5G Netflix Entertainment bundle:

• Customers can enjoy Netflix for 24 months upon subscription of a designated 5G SIM Only service plan under 24-month fixed-term contract.
• Each subscription to a designated 5G SIM ONLY service plan is entitled to the 5G Netflix Entertainment bundle once only.
• Customer will receive the rebate amount of $93/month through “Pay by SmarTone bill” service

5G SIM Only Monthly Plan:

• 24-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
• Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
• Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
• Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
• 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
• Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
• Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

Services Combo Offer:

• Designated SmarTone Broadband Service customer can enjoy rebate of $18 per month under the Broadband service upon a contract subscription of a designated mobile service plan. The rebate period is equivalent to the contract period of the mobile service plan.
• Upon the eligible SmarTone Broadband Service customer and the eligible mobile service plan contract subscription validated by the Company, the rebate will be credited upon service activation and after the cooling-off period of the designated SmarTone Fibre Broadband Service / Home 5G Broadband Service.
• Designated SmarTone Broadband Service customer shall be the subscriber of the designated mobile service plan contract subscription to enjoy the Offer.
• Total rebate/ remaining rebate will be forfeited if the customer terminates the mobile service plan or the Broadband Service. The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.

Greater Bay Area Data Pack:

• The Greater Bay Area Data Pack ("this service plan") monthly data allowance can be shared in China and Macau.
• The Service plan is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service plan must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
• The customer will be entitled Free “Easy Number” Service within contract period at the time of contract effective date of Greater Bay Area Data Pack (Free "Easy Number" Service only applicable to Primary SIM Card). • The Customer who subscribe Greater Bay Area Data Pack should also activate Data Roaming Day Pass or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Data Roaming Day Pass. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
• (If applicable) If Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the Greater Bay Area Data Pack, all mobile numbers under the designated plan should also activate Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
• When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau, and if the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds Greater Bay Area Data Pack monthly allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
• When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Data Roaming Day Pass or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
• Greater Bay Area Data Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services or designated Roaming Data Plan.
• Greater Bay Area Data Pack cannot be subscribed separately in conjunction with "Easy number" Service (excluding the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM cards of the designated plan).
• (Applicable to designated plan) Greater Bay Area Data Pack is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the monthly roaming data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
• Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-I046 for details.

Smart Data Bank Service:

• Any unused local data, extra local data, top-up data (exclude unlimited local data) and extra China and Macau data usage of free GBA data pack under designated 5G service plan ("Eligible data to be carried forward") before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel "Smart Data Bank" Service.
• Maximum balance of data to be carried forward is limited to: 500GB for local data and 10GB for designated China and Macau data. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.
• (Where applicable) Upon the subscription of the specified 5G service plan with the "SmarT Data Bank" service plan, balance of data to be carried forward is shared by Main SIM card and all 5G Add-on SIM cards under the Plan.
• Unused Eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month will not be carried forward if the Customer changes to other service plans; Balance of data to be carried forward will be forfeited if the Customer change or cancel "Smart Data Bank" Service.

Talk Freely Pack Service:

• Only available to customer who has subscribed to a designated Service Plan.
• The available designated apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
• The designated apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
• The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan does not include the subscription fee and other items / service purchased by the designated apps.
• (If applicable) Upon the subscription of the designated Family Service Plan / designated 5G service plan with the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan, all mobile numbers under the Plan can enjoy the Talk Freely Pack Service.
• The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.
• For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.

Greater Bay Area Data Pack

• Service Rebate: Subscription to “Greater Bay Area Data Pack” is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly service fee rebate under a designated plan within contract period. The amount of rebate depends on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate of the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days of usage (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract period, prevailing service fee will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.

“Pay by SmarTone Bill” Spending Rebate

• “Pay by SmarTone Bill” spending rebate is only available for Customer who has subscribed to designated 5G mobile plan.
• The rebate amount depends on the service selected and its corresponding charges.  The total rebate amount will not be higher than the actual spending amount. The spending rebate can only be used for future spending at Google Play Store/ Apple App Store for YouTube Premium or Netflix monthly service.
• The spending rebate is not transferrable to any third party nor exchangeable for cash. All unused spending rebate as at the bill cut-off date will be forfeited automatically without notice or any compensation.
• The rebate amount will not change, even if the third party changes the monthly fee amount during the contract period.
• If Customer wants to use the spending rebate to offset the purchases using “Pay by SmarTone Bill”, customer must make the payment at least 2 days before the bill cut-off date. The Company shall not be liable to for any loss and damage if Customer fails to use the spending rebate before the bill cut-off date.
• Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and SmaTone shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.
• The payable amount of “Pay by SmarTone Bill” service shown on the invoice is based on the transaction records received from the relevant third parties before the bill cut-off date. Additional terms and conditions apply to the “Pay by SmarTone Bill” service, please refer to T&C-V085 and T&C-V113 for details.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:

• Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
• For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
• Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
• SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

• Monthly fee HK$358 is based on the original monthly fee HK$398 for 5G SIM Only Service Plan, after a rebate of HK$40 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate of a comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

• Upon subscription of a designated 5G SIM Only Service Plan (80GB) under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy extra 30GB Local Data per month during the contract period.

• Fixed-Term contract is not required for Smart Data Bank; customers are required to pay service fee monthly. Monthly fee HK$18 of "SmarT Data Bank" is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88 for "SmarT Data Bank", after HK$70 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period of specified 5G Service Plan. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
