At any time when the Greater Bay Area Easy Pack data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up Greater Bay Area Easy Pack data. If no Greater Bay Area Easy Pack top-up is purchased, data service of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase top-up of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.

Greater Bay Area Easy Pack:

  • On subscription of the Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, monthly data allowance and top-up of China Macau Data Pack data purchased can be shared in China and Macau.
  • Customer opting for Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, the contract end date will be the same as the subscribed designated Plan.
  • Greater Bay Area Easy Pack is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
  • The customer will be entitled Free "Easy Number" Service within contract period at the time of contract effective date of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack. For details of “Easy Number” Service” and China Mobile Number Application Form, please click here.
  • (Applicable to Plan with data sharing between Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card and Add-on SIM card/ Secondary SIM Cards) The free “Easy Number” Service is only available to Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card upon subscription of Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card .

  • (Applicable to Plan with data sharing between Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card and Add-on SIM card/ Secondary SIM Cards) If the Customer of the Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card subscribes the Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, all mobile numbers under the designated plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Customer’s accumulated Greater Bay Area Easy Pack data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and top-up of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack data purchased (if applicable), the roaming data usage will be suspended automatically. Virtual WiFi Egg and “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan are not applicable.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • Greater Bay Area Easy Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services, designated Roaming Data Plan, China Macau Data Pack and RoamFlex Data Pass.
  • (Applicable to Plan with data sharing between Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card and Add-on SIM card/ Secondary SIM Cards) Greater Bay Area Easy Pack is only available to Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the China Macau monthly data allowance under Greater Bay Area Easy Pack upon subscription of the Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card.
  • If Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers customer subscribe China Macau Data Pack, data entitlement of Macau under Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers will be forfeited.

China Macau Data Pack Services Plan:

  • On subscription of the China Macau Data Pack, monthly data allowance and top-up of China Macau Data Pack data purchased can be shared in China and Macau.
  • Customer opting for China Macau Data Pack, the contract end date will be the same as the subscribed designated Plan.

  • (Applicable to Plan with data sharing between Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card and Add-on SIM card/ Secondary SIM Cards) If Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the China Macau Data Pack, all mobile numbers under the designated plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • To use the China Macau Data Pack when travelling in China and Macau, the Customer should turn on data roaming via 'Settings' on his/her phone.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Customer’s accumulated China Macau Data Pack data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and top-up of China Macau Data Pack data purchased (if applicable), the roaming data usage will be suspended automatically.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau, Virtual WiFi Egg and "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan are not applicable.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • China Macau Data Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services, designated Roaming Data Plan, Greater Bay Area Easy Pack and RoamFlex Data Pass.
  • (Applicable to Plan with data sharing between Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card and Add-on SIM card/ Secondary SIM Cards) China Macau Data Pack is only available to Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the China Macau monthly data allowance under China Macau Data Pack upon subscription of the Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card.
  • If Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers customer subscribe China Macau Data Pack, data entitlement of Macau under Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers will be forfeited.

Greater Bay Area Data Pack:

  • Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription.
  • The Greater Bay Area Data Pack (“this service plan”) monthly data allowance can be shared in China and Macau.
  • The Service plan is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service plan must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
  • The customer will be entitled Free “Easy Number” Service within contract period at the time of contract effective date of Greater Bay Area Data Pack (Free “Easy Number” Service only applicable to Primary SIM Card). For details of “Easy Number” Service” and China Mobile Number Application Form, please click here.
  • The Customer who subscribe Greater Bay Area Data Pack should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • (If applicable) If Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the Greater Bay Area Data Pack, all mobile numbers under the designated plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau, and if the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds Greater Bay Area Data Pack monthly allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • Greater Bay Area Data Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services or designated Roaming Data Plan.
  • Greater Bay Area Data Pack cannot be subscribed separately in conjunction with “Easy number” Service (excluding the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM cards of the designated plan).
  • (Applicable to designated plan) Greater Bay Area Data Pack is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the monthly roaming data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
