Perpetual $18 Admin fee waiver is only applicable to customer who subscribe to designated Viva 60+ Plan. The customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable fee if the customer changes to other service plans.
Call Guard (Lite Version) Rebate: Subscription to Call Guard (Lite Version) is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Call Guard (Lite Version) under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.
(If applicable) Port In Subscription Offer: The customer can enjoy Easy number service per month in first 12-month during contract period when he/she successfully port-in from other mobile operators. Each service plan contract is entitled to this offer once only. At the end of the free service period for Easy number service, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Full Speed Viva 60+ Plan: The special monthly fee HK$168 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$228 for Full Speed Viva 60+ Plan, after a rebate of HK$60 per month has been given to the customer. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. Customer can enjoy the free upgrade of the unlimited data speed to 768kbps within the contract period. When monthly local data usage reaches 8GB, local data service continues but data speed will be at up to 768kbps, upgraded from up to 128kbps.
768kbps unlimited data Service Rebate: Subscription to 768kbps unlimited data is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for 768kbps unlimited data under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Talk Freely Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription) The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan includes unlimited local voice minutes and unlimited local data usage. The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.
Unlimited Data Vivi 60+ Plan: The special monthly fee HK $88 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$118 for Unlimited Data Vivi 60+ Plan, after a rebate of HK $30 per month has been given to the customer. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. Unlimited local data usage under this plan is at up to 2Mbps and is applicable to mobile phone use only. Local data usage excludes tethering and peer-to-peer applications.
